Gallstones and Gerd herbal cures?
I have had two ultrasounds that confirm I have gallstones. Symptoms are pain in the upper right abdomen just under the ribcage radiating to the back. Then comes vomiting everything I ate that day (undigested) eeeew. I know. Then a few hours and I get extreme heart burn. Went to the ER last night (after a 5 hour waiting room wait), and the doc says no doubt I have gallstones, but he doesn’t believe I should have the gallbladder removed. He said my pain was caused by GERD. I didn’t even know what that was. Anyhow, I think I do need my gallbladder removed. I have also gained 40lbs in 7 years, and I have always been slim. I eat like a bird and my diet couldn’t be anymore bland.
My question. WTF is going on with me and how do I fix it herbaly since the doc won’t help?
I suffered from your pains for years on and off. The last time it was so bad that I was hospitalized for 6 days resulting in removal of gallbladder. On that day, I seen 3 different doctors at three different times during the day. The first said it was Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and gave me a pill, The second said the same, the third finally took blood tests and found out that my pancreastic level was at 2000, the normal level is 100. So something was seriously wrong when your pancreas is inflamed by 2000%. I would not take what he says as GERD, go back again and insist it be removed. This pain is the worst ever you can have, I hear it’s more then childbirth itself. The pain never returns after the removal. The pain after wards is minimal and you will be back to work in 2 or 3 days.

Is there is any ayurvedic medicine to cure fibroid without operation?
I had a large, growing fibroid. When it was first diagnosed, it was about the size of an egg. Then, one year later, it was larger, needing surgery. Well, I’m chicken (no pun intended!), so I thought I’d try using castor oil. Castor oil has always been used as a home remedy for a variety of illnesses. What I did was begin taking Evening Primrose Oil, 1000 mg, three times a day. I also massaged Pure, Cold-Pressed Castor Oil into my abdomen in a circular motion, three times a day, massaging twenty-five times in one direction, and twenty-five times in the other direction. When I went back for an ultra-sound one year later, it was gone. The technician did not believe me when I told her that I used to have one, so I said she needed to go get my files from the doctor.
This is how I got started in Natural Remedies, Vitamins and Herbals. I’ve been fibroid-free for 10 years now.
Any thoughts on alternative medicines that might aid in healing brain injuries?
Taking concerta, celexa, fish oil, daily vitamins, flaxseed oil. All for different reasons, but the brain injury is the big one. I’ve been at this for a couple years now. Will consider anything, after I research further. Thanks.
Omega 3 fatty acids, proanthocyanines and time.
Could night sweats be a side effect from an herbal remedy to treat a cold?
I drank Juice Generation’s immunity shots for a few days to get rid of a cold and have been having awful night sweats every night. I thought it was because of the cold, but keep getting them now that my cold is almost gone. Could it be from one of the ingredients? Their green tea herbal blend contains Astragalus, Echinacea, Goldenseal, Shitake Mushroom, Dan Shen, Nu Zhen Zi, Sweet Orange and Lemon Balm.
Dan Shen (red sage root) increases blood circulation. This is good to help break a fever but sounds like you’re particularly sensitive to it. Yes, it could make you sweat. Or you could be having an allergic reaction to Astragalus or Shitake, which is fairly common.
Heard that there’s a herbal product called Horsechestnut extracts that helps reduce spider vein. Does it worK
Many herbal products make ridiculous claims not supported by any testing using the scientific method.
The surgery to remove spider veins is very quick, simple and not very painful. They inject fluid that results in their appearance being greatly reduced.
Do some research and only take product with proven benefit. Otherwise you are wasting your money, and could be poisoning yourself.

are there any herbal remedies for lung cancer, or any cancer?
i know this may seem like a silly question. but i have heard rumors of chinese herbal therapy for cancer sufferers.
There are no effective herbal treatments against cancer. Those who say otherwise do not understand what cancer is and its operates. Cancer is not one disease but, the collection of diseases with a common symptom of uncontrolled cell growth. Each set of genetic mutations and the cell type affected define a disease grouped into the cancer description. There are hundreds perhaps thousands of different diseases to cancer. There is no one "cure" for all those diseases. Treatments are specific for the cancer type.
Does anyone know of a Homeopathic cure or alternative medicine for schizophrenia?
I am drugged up on so much medicine that I can’t live my life. Does anyone know of an alternative medication that I could take?
Schizophrenia or a Split Personality as it is commonly known is not very easy to treat. Homeopathy does offer solutions but it needs treatment and follow-up over a long period.
Homeopathic science is an uprising in the treatment of all types of psychological illnesses including Schizophrenia. Homeopathy treats the person as a whole, which means that it focuses on the patient’s body, mind, emotions and the pathological condition. Homeopathic treatment is the most curative, non-toxic, gentle and modern treatment. In view of the fact that it works with the person’s own vital force towards equilibrium and healing, it will influence the brain chemistry and assist the patient in resuming psychological strength and symmetry. In conclusion, the Homeopathic understanding of health believes that body and mind are dynamically interconnected and that both directly influence each other. Homeopathic treatment will relieve the symptoms of Schizophrenia giving the patient an improved awareness of their disease and a deeper self-consciousness, thus contributing to permit the patient a healthier life quality.
Suggested remedy:
I would suggest homeopathic remedy Anacardium 1M [1M = 1000](3-4 drops in ¼ glass of water; preferably empty-stomached) once in 7 days and Lycopodium 200 (3-4 drops in ¼ glass of water; preferably empty-stomached)once in 7 days.
Every Friday – Anarcadium 1M
Every Saturday – Lycopodium 200
If no response is seen within a reasonable amount of time, select a different remedy.

Does anyone know any herbal remedies to improve eye vision?
I’m nearsighted and I’m looking to improve my vision.
Don’t tell me that there isn’t any because I know people who try herbal remedies and got their vision to 20/20. I know drinking Nightblooming Cereus tea would definitely help with the vision but I’m too lazy to make that tea each and every day.
Billberry helps to support delivery of essential oxygen and nutrients to the eye and has anthocyanins that are strong antioxidants
Rooibos is another herbs ( a south african herb). Like bilberry, Rooibos also has powerful anti-oxidant properties, mainly due to its supeoxide dismutase (SOD) mimetic properties. SOD is an enzyme in the body that is especially designed to neutralize unstable oxygen molecules (free radicals) as soon as they occur and systemic SOD can therefore help to maintain visual health.
