My father was diagnosed almost 3 years ago with throat cancer. He has been through two rounds of chemo and radiation and a neck dissection to remove a tumor. The cancer is back more aggressively than ever before and he is now under home hospice care. His prognosis is grim and doesn’t have much time. My question is concerning other forms of pain control. They have him on so many pills and they don’t seem to work very well……is there anything someone else has tried of an alternative method for attempting to control accute pain?

I am sorry to hear about your father. In the last stages of cancer nothing works as a pain reliever, not even Morphine which aggravates the pain. There is only the Homeopathic remedy ARSENICUM ALBUM which can help ease his pain if given in CM potency just one dose. I would suggest you this remedy if the doctors think his conditions cannot be bettered, this will make him spend whatever time is left in ease and will be pain free. This is a tried and tested medicine and perhaps the only medicine to ease pain in the last stages of Cancer.

Hello. I am Rajiv Bhajanka based in Dubai though i am of an Indian Origin. I developed keen interest in Alternative & Herbal Medicine looking at its no side-effects home treatment. I wished to take up a correspondence course and cam across an Institution named Institute of Alternative Medicines & Research. I contacted my family in India to check on its legitimacy but because of a similar name of the Institute to Indian Institute of Alternative Medicines which runs Indian Board of Alternative Medicines courses, they mistakenly assured me of Institute of Alternative Medicines & Research existence. But later when i received the degree certificate, i was shocked to identify the difference and am left crashed thinking about the past 2 years of my hardwork having gone in vain. I wanted the certification of Indian Board of Alternative Medicines but have something else in hand now..I contacted Indian Board of Alternative Medicines to help me sort this matter out and be eligible to be awarded their certification but they have refused to acknowledge my request. Can anyone help me get their certificate without me having to study another 2 years by using their references or contacts?? Plz i await some support and enlightment..

I want to take Echinachea (sp?) and Milk Thistle, but I don’t know if I am supposed to take them several hours apart, or days apart, How do we decide how often and how many we can take, Will it confuse the body. ?
I have no insurance and very little money so consulting or going to someone is out of the question.

First, make sure they are both "standardized" to make sure you are getting quality. It should be fine, but it wouldn’t hurt to consult a clinincal nutritionist, as some things you should mix, but the 2 things you mentioned shouldn’t cause any problems.
