I had a large, growing fibroid. When it was first diagnosed, it was about the size of an egg. Then, one year later, it was larger, needing surgery. Well, I’m chicken (no pun intended!), so I thought I’d try using castor oil. Castor oil has always been used as a home remedy for a variety of illnesses. What I did was begin taking Evening Primrose Oil, 1000 mg, three times a day. I also massaged Pure, Cold-Pressed Castor Oil into my abdomen in a circular motion, three times a day, massaging twenty-five times in one direction, and twenty-five times in the other direction. When I went back for an ultra-sound one year later, it was gone. The technician did not believe me when I told her that I used to have one, so I said she needed to go get my files from the doctor.

This is how I got started in Natural Remedies, Vitamins and Herbals. I’ve been fibroid-free for 10 years now.

I am 44 years old lady.

Best if you seek a Ayurvedic practitioner or a medical herbalist since you don’t have any conditions as they’re not stated. If you want to improve health, than the 5 best things you can do is:

1) Eat lots of vegetables
2) Lots of laughter
3) Eat plenty of fish
4) Love someone
5) have plenty of sex!

No, they can’t unfortunately. Those therapies are as equally ineffective as chemotherapy in this dreadful disease when stage IV. Sorry.

i woudl try color therapy,

there arent many practicianers out there but im sure you could find one fairly close to you, via the web.

its HIGHLY beneficial for pyschological issues, OCD is likely to be lessened or respoved by color therapy

The problem is in extracting such a small quantity everyday. 1 tsp should be taken fresh for this medicine. But no matter how much I ground it and squezed it through the sieve, nothing came out. Is there any extractor that I can use for this purpose?

yes it is quite tough job.all that you can do is crush 50 gms of raw garlic and filter for the juice.if any thing is leftover keep it in a fridge and use it the next day.the easiest thing to do is to buy garlic pearls available in the market and squeeze out the required quantity from the capsules.it is 100% hygienic

Ayurvedic medicine said that hair is the waste products of liver. And hair loss occurs because of Pitta dosha eggravates. Is this true or helpful? What we can learn from this ancient knowledge?

I know that certain ayurvedic herbs may help baldness. Bhringaraj in medicated oil applied to the scalp might be one thing.

I think an ayurvedic physician would probably prescribe a whole regimen. herbs, cleanses, dietary changes etc.

massage and yoga asans may also help.
