		<description>Yes, but you need to take much greater amounts.  900mg of St. John&#039;s Wort is pretty easy to take in pill form then drinking it in enough tea to have similar results.

Some herbs are just as effective to eat, though.  Eating a little pickled ginger will help you out with nausea just as much as taking an extract.
